Blaga Thavard, LL.M., is a founding partner at Thavard & Associates, a member of the Sofia Bar, and an arbitrator at the International Arbitration Court. She holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from the University of Sofia, Faculty of Law (2008).
