Blaga Thavard, LL.M. is an attorney at law, founding partner at Thavard & Associates, and a member of the Sofia Bar Association. She also serves as an arbitrator at the International Arbitration Court at the Legal Interaction Alliance.

Blaga is affiliated with Pappas & Associates, a Brussels-based law firm, where she provides legal advice on cross-border matters and participates in professional forums addressing legal and human rights issues.

Blaga provides pre-litigation counsel and conducts negotiations, mediation and litigation before national courts, the European Court of Human Rights, the Court of Justice of the European Union, and in domestic and international arbitration proceedings.
